Conveyancing Assistant Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the conveyancing team, assisting with all aspects of file management and document preparation. Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including contracts, completion statements, and Land Registry forms. Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other third parties to gather and provide information as required. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely responses and effective communication. Assist in the organization and maintenance of client files, both electronically and in hard copy format. Handle general administrative tasks, such as scanning, filing, and data entry, with accuracy and efficiency. Assist in the coordination of property searches and other due diligence processes. Provide support to other team members as needed. Conveyancing Assistant Requirements: Minimum of 12 months' experience in a conveyancing administration role within a law firm environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor. Proficiency with a case management systems preferred. Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
