About The Role People Experience Manager Location: UK flexible Salary: £, – £, per annum Hours: per week Contract: Fixed term contract to st December Are you passionate about creating a workplace where people feel genuinely valued, supported, and inspired? In this role, you’ll listen to our people, understand what they need, and turn those insights into meaningful improvements across every stage of their journey. By designing inclusive, people‑first experiences and empowering your team to do their best work, you’ll shape a culture where everyone feels valued, connected, and proud to be part of our organisation. What will a day in the life of a People Experience Manager involve?
1. Deliver people‑first improvements by shaping employee journeys and ensuring experiences meet high, inclusive standards.
2. Lead our listening strategy, running surveys, analysing insights, and driving actions that strengthen the employee voice.
3. Create engaging, inclusive activities and events that build culture, connection, and belonging.
4. Collaborate across the People Team and wider organisation to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and share best practice.
5. Support and develop others, fostering a collaborative, learning‑focused team environment.
To be a successful People Experience Manager, what will you need?
6. Ability to plan and prioritise complex work to deliver high‑value outcomes.
7. Skills in human‑centred, inclusive design and creating accessible, equitable solutions.
8. To be a strong communicator and collaborator who builds trust and turns insight into action.
9. Confidence using data, audience insight, and employee voice to guide decisions.
10. Proven experience leading people and supporting teams and stakeholders to achieve their goals and successfully navigate change.
