Role Overview
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and growing our digital presence across multiple platforms, including our website, delivery partners, and e-commerce listings. You will be responsible for creating professional marketing content, managing online platforms, analysing performance data, and supporting the operational needs of the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, digital marketing knowledge, and graphic design experience to contribute to a fast-growing brand.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Online Management
* Manage and update business profiles (Google, website, social platforms)
* Oversee Uber Eats, Deliveroo, and Just Eat accounts (menus, promotions, pricing updates)
* Manage and optimise Amazon product listings to maximise visibility, traffic, and sales volumes
* Assist with SEO, PPC, and other digital advertising campaigns to drive website traffic
* Create marketing materials, graphics, and content using Adobe Photoshop and Canva
* Develop, schedule, and monitor digital campaigns to promote new products, offers, and seasonal launches
* Monitor analytics across website and platforms, providing performance reports with insights and recommendations
Administrative & Business Support
* Handle online orders and ensure smooth communication with the operations team
* Monitor, manage, and respond to customer reviews across all platforms in a professional and timely manner
* Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, tracking KPIs and performance metrics
* Assist with stock/price updates on online platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency
* Support senior management with ad hoc administrative tasks, reporting, and project coordination
* Liaise with third-party suppliers (e.g. delivery platforms, website providers) where required
* Contribute ideas to improve workflow efficiency and customer engagement
Requirements
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (essential) with a portfolio of previous design work
* Strong understanding of digital platforms, e-commerce, and content management systems
* Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and online advertising campaigns
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
* Strong organisational and time-management skills; able to prioritise effectively
* Proactive problem solver who can work independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience in a similar role (marketing, admin, or e-commerce) is desirable
