We now have an exciting opportunity in our West Kent service for a Locality Manager, based in Tunbridge Wells. You’ll be a key part of the Senior Leadership Team, driving service development and making sure the work we do reflects the needs of the local community.
About the Role
As Locality Manager, you’ll play a leading role in the day-to-day delivery and strategic development of our services in Tunbridge Wells. You’ll support the Services Manager and work closely with other leaders to ensure we’re delivering high-quality, person-centred support in line with the national drug strategy and our service commitments.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Managing relationships with commissioners, stakeholders, and key partners, ensuring clear and effective communication at all times.
* Leading the implementation of new business, pathways, and transformation projects outside of core contracts.
* Working with partners to co-design and review operational pathways in and out of the service.
* Providing leadership, line management, and supervision to team leaders and frontline staff.
* Monitoring service performance to ensure contractual, quality, and operational outcomes are met.
* Overseeing financial management and supporting the Services Manager with budgetary commitments.
* Promoting the service locally, growing referral pathways, and ensuring accessibility for all.
As part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you’ll help shape the strategic direction of the service, ensuring that what we deliver reflects the ambitions of our bid and the evolving needs of the Tunbridge Wells community.
Contract:Permanent
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Full-Time Salary:* £44,471.72 - £46,683.60 (based on full time working hours, pro rata for part time hours)
Full-Time Hours: 37.5 hours per week
*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
