FLT Driver - Counterbalance

Monday to Friday
Either shift pattern: 06:00-14:00 / 13:00-20:00
Our client is currently recruiting an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join their team at their Avonmouth site.
Role Overview:
You will be working both in the warehouse and out in the yard, so this role involves all-weather outdoor work. The position requires confident and safe operation of a counterbalance FLT, with a strong focus on pallet handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating a counterbalance FLT
Loading and unloading pallets
Loading HGV class 1 and 2 efficiently
Working in and out of the yard in all weather conditions
Maintaining high standards of health & safety
Requirements:
Valid counterbalance FLT licence
Strong experience with pallet loading and unloading
Reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working outdoors
