What You'll Do:
As an Administrative Support Assistant, you will provide broad administrative and operational support across the business, including:
1. Booking travel and accommodation for teams and project staff
2. Purchasing and processing orders
3. Organising UPS deliveries, collections and incoming/outgoing post
4. Managing pool car bookings and schedules
5. Ordering and maintaining stationery and office supplies
6. Logging absences and maintaining records on internal systems
7. Coordinating meeting room bookings and supporting meeting arrangements
8. Providing general administrative support, including writing letters and filing documentation
9. Arranging catering and refreshments for meetings, workshops and events
