We’re hiring a Brand Experience Specialist (Spanish) to be the voice of Ruroc for our Spanish‑speaking community. You’ll deliver exceptional customer experiences across email and social channels, support riders throughout their journey, and help bring our brand to life globally.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to Spanish‑speaking customers via email and social media in a timely, professional manner
* Resolve customer queries efficiently with minimal disruption
* Provide pre‑ and post‑purchase support and product guidance
* Act as a product expert to educate, advise, and excite customers
* Deliver outstanding customer experiences in every interaction
* Identify and report product feedback and potential issues
* Translate and localise content for Spanish‑speaking audiences (social media, email, marketing materials)
* Support European events, especially within Spanish‑speaking regions
* Help grow and promote the Ruroc brand globally
About you
* Fluent in Spanish and English (native‑level proficiency in both written and spoken communication)
* Strong background in customer service with a customer‑first mindset
* Excellent written communication skills in both languages
* Empathetic, adaptable, and able to tailor communication to individual customers
* Confident problem solver who takes ownership from issue to resolution
* Skilled at turning negative experiences into positive outcomes
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
* Bonus: Experience with Gorgias and/or Lokalise
