About the Role
We’re looking for an organised and motivated Merchandise Administration Assistant (MAA) to join our dynamic merchandising team. This entry-level role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career within merchandising, who has a love of sales figures, commercial thinking and product. You’ll play a key part in supporting the team to ensure the right product is in the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Management: Maintain accurate product and pricing information across internal systems and spreadsheets.
2. Reporting: Produce daily and weekly sales, stock, and intake reports to support trading meetings and business decisions.
3. Stock Management: Track deliveries, monitor stock levels, and liaise with distribution, suppliers, and buying teams to ensure smooth product flow.
4. Product Set-Up: Support new season launches by uploading product information, imagery, and attributes to internal systems and online platforms.
