Architectural Technician
Location: Oswestry (commutable from Wrexham, Shrewsbury, Telford, Welshpool, Chester)
Type: Hybrid
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 + Progression + Training + Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established practice in a varied and rewarding role, offering exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple sectors. You will benefit from ongoing technical development and clear progression towards Associate level.
In this role, you will contribute across all stages of projects, gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include carrying out measured surveys, producing drawings, supporting both design and technical delivery, assisting with building regulations, and collaborating with planners, engineers, and other consultants. You will work closely with a small, close‑knit team and have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as the business grows.

Qualifications
* Revit experience
* Experience in a similar role
* Full UK driving licence
* Commutable distance to Oswestry (or willing to relocate)
