We are recruiting for a growing healthcare e-commerce company looking for a compassionate and professional Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of empathy, patience, and professionalism when supporting customers.
The Role
You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of inbound calls and assisting with enquiries relating to orders, payments and general support. You will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring all customer information is handled securely and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a high number of incoming customer calls daily
* Providing professional, empathetic and patient customer support
* Processing card payments over the phone in line with GDPR and compliance procedures
* Updating and maintaining accurate customer records using CRM systems
* Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally
* Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth customer journeys
* Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately
What We’re Looking For
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* A calm, mature, and empathetic approach
* Strong patience and problem-solving abilities
* Previous customer service or call handling experience preferred
* Confidence using CRM systems and general computer software
* Understanding of GDPR and data protection principles
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
