Lecturer in Engineering within the Apprenticeship department 21.6 hours per week, 52 weeks per year £20,130 - £24,043 per annum pro rata £33,550 - £40,073 per annum We are looking for someone passionate about the Engineering industry with experience of teaching and assessing for the next generation of Engineering Apprentices. This is a field that is in demand and a growth area for CCN Apprenticeships. We are looking for a 0.6 (3 days a week) Lecturer to join a team who deliver, assess and ideally IQA for Engineering apprentices. We are particularly keen to hear from applicants who have recent experience in Fluid Power and have a minimum of 3 years work experience in this sector with a Level 3 Engineering qualification or higher. You must be a confident communication who is people focused and able to build relationships quickly. Good levels of literacy and numeracy are essential as well as strong IT skills, and self-reliance. In addition to your engineering qualifications, an Assessor Award or Teaching Qualification and/or IQA qualification is desirable, but if you do not have a teaching or assessing qualification; this is something we can offer as part of your development.
