Part Time L&D Administrator

Our client is seeking a part time administrator to join their Learning & Development function across a range of activities to ensure smooth delivery of learning initiatives. This is a 9 month fixed term contract.

* £30,000 pro rata (circa £15,000)

* 18 hours per week

* 9 month fixed term contract

* Free parking

* 25 days holiday (pro rata)

Main Duties:

* Co-ordinate internal courses and the induction workshops, including delegate bookings, room and equipment setup, record-keeping, and ongoing communications.

* Administer all external course booking, including liaising with third party providers, paying invoices, ensuring efficient payment and maintaining records.

* Maintain accurate and ongoing administration across all learning systems, content libraries, learner records and course bookings (inc. internal and external training, E, Learning, Events, Staff records etc.)

* Support in the administration of regulatory E-learning program, including monitoring progress, chasing outstanding learning and providing progress reports to key stakeholders.

* Assist with the evaluation of learning, including issuing feedback questionnaires, collecting responses and providing reporting to key stakeholders.

* Be the first point of contact to all general L&D queries, including monitoring the L&D inbox.

* Support with the training administration for departmental and Society-wide projects, such as the rollout of a new learning management system.

* Provide support across the People team as required.
