We are supporting a large international listed organisation in the appointment of an Interim Senior Financial Reporting Manager to join a high performing Group Finance function.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong accountant to join a complex multinational environment, working closely with senior finance leadership and gaining exposure to external reporting, technical accounting, audit, treasury and strategic finance initiatives.
The Role
Reporting into senior Group Finance leadership, you will play a key role in the preparation of external financial reporting, statutory reporting and technical accounting activities across the Group.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting the preparation of Group financial statements and external reporting outputs.
2. Preparation of annual and interim reporting requirements.
3. Managing technical accounting matters including acquisition accounting, impairment reviews and complex accounting assessments.
4. Ownership of key financial reporting controls and compliance activities.
5. Supporting treasury related accounting matters and disclosures.
