* Administer medication safely after training/competency (including MAR/PRN).
* Use our digital systems for care planning, incidents, and time & attendance (clock in/out).
* Be a proactive team member—share information, attend handovers/meetings, and uphold confidentiality.

About you

* Empathetic, reliable, great communicator and team player; calm under pressure and safety-minded.
* Basic numeracy/digital literacy; comfortable using mobile/desktop/tablet for care records.
* Willing to work days/nights, weekends and bank holidays on the rota.
* Essential: DBS (or on Update Service), unrestricted Right to Work in the UK. We cannot offer visa sponsorship (now or in future) for this role.
* Desirable: Care Certificate; NVQ Level 2/3 H≻ previous residential care experience; full driving licence.
