Role: Clinical Lead (RNLD / RMN / RGN) – Governance & PBS Salary: £70,000 to £75,000 per annum (DOE) + Bonus Scheme

Hours: Full Time, Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm
Are you a clinically driven leader with a passion for Positive Behaviour Support and high-quality governance? Compass Associates are proud to be partnered with a specialist provider of Supported Living and Complex Homecare services, to recruit for a Clinical Lead. This newly created role forms part of the organisation’s growth strategy and focuses on clinical governance and the leadership of a well-established Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) team.
This provider supports younger adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and complex behavioural needs across a range of community services. They are in a strong period of organic growth following several acquisitions and are now seeking a senior nurse leader to strengthen governance processes and elevate clinical practice across the group.
This role offers a clear and exciting progression path, with succession planning in place to develop into a Director of Supported Living post.
This is a hybrid position requiring travel across services in Essex, with home or office-based work. The head office is located in Colchester, making the role commutable from Chelmsford, Ipswich, Braintree, Southend, Cambridge, Basildon, Romford and surrounding areas.
Registered Nurse (RNLD, RMN or RGN) with valid NMC PIN
Background in specialist Learning Disability or secure/forensic care settings
In-depth knowledge of clinical governance, incident management and regulatory compliance
Strategic oversight of clinical governance across services and drive quality assurance
