Clarke Energy is seeking a Group Marketing Executive to support our global marketing activity during a key period of brand transformation. Play a Central Role in Our Global Communications
As Group Marketing Executive, you will be instrumental in delivering Clarke Energy’s internal and external content strategy. You’ll work across regions to ensure our brand, messaging, and campaigns are consistent, compelling, and aligned with business priorities.
You’ll lead the creation of high‑quality multimedia content, support the delivery of multi‑channel marketing campaigns, and play a crucial role in coordinating our group‑wide rebrand across digital, marketing, and regional platforms. This is a role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and enjoys translating complex technical information into clear, engaging content.
Key Responsibilities
Multimedia Content Creation
* Develop engaging written, visual, and multimedia content for internal and external audiences.
* Support group-wide and regional social media activity, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
* Work with technical teams to translate complex engineering concepts into accessible marketing content.
Campaign Planning & Delivery
* Plan and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns aligned to key business verticals.
* Support lead generation activity through optimised website content and Salesforce tracking.
* Collaborate with senior leaders to deliver thought leadership, messaging, and strategic communications.
* Maintain consistent tone of voice, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.
* Monitor campaign performance and contribute to continuous improvement.
Rebrand Rollout & Regional Support
* Support the implementation of newly refreshed brand assets across global regions.
* Ensure accurate, consistent application of brand guidelines across marketing materials, documentation, and digital channels.
* Act as a central point of contact for regional marketing teams, offering guidance, assets, and support.
What You’ll Bring
Technical & Professional Skills
* 3+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally within energy, engineering, or industrial sectors.
* Strong multimedia content creation skills, with experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, etc.
* Proven ability to convert technical information into engaging content.
* Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media, PR, and content distribution.
* Confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders across a global organisation.
* Clear, compelling communication and strong interpersonal skills.

* A proactive communicator with the ability to persuade, influence, and collaborate effectively.
* Curious and inquisitive about markets, technology, and emerging digital trends.
* A supportive team player who thrives in cross‑cultural environments.

Education & Experience
* Degree in digital marketing or an engineering/scientific discipline with a strong interest in marketing.
* Additional social media or digital marketing qualifications beneficial.
* Familiarity with AI platforms advantageous.
* Experience delivering multi‑media and omnichannel content.
