Job Objectives And Responsibilities
1. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards guests, brand partners, and colleagues.
2. Use radios confidently to communicate with colleagues or centre personnel.
3. Proficiently use Outlook, Excel, and Office applications.
4. Know the centre well to answer questions from visitors, workers, and residents around Clarks Village.
5. Demonstrate cooperation, professionalism, and team spirit within the Guest Services Team.
6. Work with a positive demeanor and support team members as needed.
7. Be open to change and flexible within your team to meet requirements.
8. The role involves being outdoors in all weather conditions and rotating shifts with colleagues.
9. Report repairs or replacements needed to the appropriate personnel.
10. Keep the cleaning area tidy and store cleaning materials safely.
11. Maintain polite and effective communication with colleagues, tenants, and guests.
12. Be willing to undertake additional training.
Main duties
1. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, within a maximum of 24 hours.
2. Provide local information to support tourism.
3. Encourage guest feedback through the 'Share your thoughts' platform.
4. Manage Lost & Found property and Shop Mobility, ensuring clear handover communications.
5. Ensure all work complies with health and safety legislation, Mitie policies, risk assessments, and method statements.
6. Follow up on communications with colleagues or management responsibly.
7. Coordinate with colleagues and use the handover diary effectively.
8. Maintain confidentiality regarding client and staff information.
9. Communicate with guests via phone, email, and social media.
10. Acknowledge and resolve guest feedback and complaints, following up as necessary.
