Due to increased business levels, our clients, a well-established independent Surveying practice, are looking to recruit a Residential Surveyor in the Somerset area to join their team.

Working Hours:
1. Full-time or Part-time (Minimum 3 day week)
2. Remote / work-from-home basis
Our client is offering a successful Residential Surveyor:
3. Basic salary ranging from £45,000 - £55,000 (dependent on experience)
4. OTE £65,000 - £70,000
5. Car allowance
6. Healthcare
As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
7. Carry out level 2 and 3 Residential Surveys
8. Produce accurate property reports using market leading iPad technology
9. Meeting personal income targets to maximise productivity and profit
10. Attend quarterly meetings at head office
11. Expert Witness Valuations (desirable)
12. Probate Valuations (desirable)
Requirements for Residential Surveyor role:
13. Experience as a practising Surveyor
14. RICS Membership (MRICS, Assoc RICS)
15. Level 3 Survey background (preferred)
16. VRS registered
17. Ability to provide excellent customer service
18. Technical expertise in Surveying
19. Attention to detail
