Our graduate GROW programme is a structured 3-year programme designed to help you develop skills to become an experienced professional. You will benefit from training, mentoring, and support for relevant accreditations, as well as guidance to succeed. As a GROW graduate, you will be empowered to drive your career and gain diverse experiences to build your skills.
As a specialist and science graduate joining GROW, you will specialize from day one in your chosen discipline. Working in teams of consultants, you'll be responsible for your deliverables, liaising with clients, and building your technical expertise. You will work on environmental and planning projects, including infrastructure, urban regeneration, and community-focused initiatives, exposing you to various challenges and specialists.
Within our Planning, Environmental Assessment and Management team, you'll help improve environmental performance and conduct impact assessments across sectors, including large infrastructure projects, development schemes, and energy projects. Your involvement will span the project lifecycle, from feasibility studies and SEA to EIA applications.
Accepted degrees:
* BEng/BSc/BA/MEng/MSc/MA in Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Earth Sciences (e.g., Geology), or equivalent.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Graduating or recent graduate with at least a 2:2 in a relevant degree.
* Demonstrate skills such as resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, and teamwork.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to use technical knowledge to influence stakeholders.
* Willingness to travel and stay away when required; virtual working is embraced.
* Hold a full UK driving license.
* Comfortable with site-based work when necessary.
