Join us as a Technical Advisor in Measham ! The Technical Advisor will provide expert technical support to customers and internal teams, ensuring accurate specifications, resolving project challenges, and contributing to product development and fire testing initiatives. A successful candidate will receive around six months of one-to-one practical training and structured support to develop the knowledge needed to pass the IFE Level 2 qualification. What youll do: Provide technical advice to customers via email and phone, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Deliver full specifications and assist with AutoCAD details for projects. Conduct product awareness training and occasional site visits to resolve project-specific issues. Support fire test installations and maintain accurate reporting of technical KPIs and trends. Continuously improve technical processes and contribute to innovation in firestopping solutions. Profile description: What youll bring: Strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills with a professional and presentable approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Basic AutoCAD knowledge is advantageous. Excellent communication and presentation skills for training and client interactions.
