4. Visiting client sites to assess needs and present customized solutions.

6. Managing delivery timelines, coordinating teams, and driving project success.
7. Maintaining strong safety and regulatory standards across all activities.
8. Identifying areas for process improvement and innovation.
What we're looking for:
1. Proven leadership in packaging, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
2. Strong track record in technical sales or commercial project management.
3. Experience in preparing accurate quotes and researching client needs.
4. Confidence in lead generation and nurturing a pipeline of opportunities.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
6. A hands-on approach with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
7. Industry knowledge of Packaging, Aerospace, Automotive, or Energy (preferable).
8. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
