Job Title: Learning Inclusion Coordinator (Key stage 4)

We’re working in partnership with a forward-thinking secondary school in West Cornwall to appoint a Learning Inclusion Coordinator for Key Stage 4, an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of students who need tailored support to succeed.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will take a lead role in supporting students on modified timetables within Key Stage 4. This includes developing and delivering a newly launched Learning Intervention provision, and building strong links with external providers to ensure bespoke pathways for individual learners.
You’ll also collaborate with subject faculties and Middle Leaders to monitor progress, ensure appropriate academic support is in place, and help create a cohesive and inclusive school experience for all students accessing this provision.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and lead intervention programmes for students on modified timetables
Develop partnerships with external education and support providers
Work closely with teaching staff and Middle Leaders to track progress and engagement
Maintain clear communication with parents, carers, and external agencies
Promote an inclusive, student-centred approach to learning and personal development
Qualities:
Previous experience of working with children
Experience of running group interventions
Brings unlimited optimism and a can-do attitude
Is highly organised and proactive in their approach
Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Possesses a strong understanding of student support and alternative learning pathways in a secondary context
Is resilient, committed, and tenacious in helping young people succeed
