What You’ll Be Doing:
* Designing beautiful, intuitive websites and digital experiences for new and existing clients
* Supporting with graphic design work like marketing materials and brand assets
* Running internal and client-facing workshops to unlock creativity and clarity
* Collaborating closely with developers who get design - your work will be respected and brought to life thoughtfully
* Helping shape and evolve design systems that translate cleanly into code
What They're Looking For:
* A strong portfolio that shows not just what you designed, but why
* Fluency in Figma (components, prototypes, variables, workflows – the lot)
* Experience in web/UI design and building design systems
* Confidence communicating your ideas clearly, both visually and verbally
* Comfortable working independently and hitting deadlines
* London-based or able to commute in for team days, workshops and client meetings
* Bonus points for workshop facilitation experience and a sharp eye for design restraint, rhythm and balance
