Full-time | Permanent | In-Branch | Monday to Friday | 7:30am to 5:30pm
Looking for a hands-on role where no two days are the same?
Were looking for a Branch Assistant to join our Dorchester team a friendly, close-knit environment where everyone plays a key part in the day-to-day running of the branch.
This is a varied and active role, combining trade counter sales, telesales, warehouse duties, and general branch support. If you enjoy being busy, working as part of a team, and getting involved in all aspects of the operation, this could be the role for you.

What youll be doing
* Serving customers on the trade counter and handling telephone enquiries
* Processing orders and preparing quotations accurately and efficiently
* Building relationships, developing accounts, and identifying sales opportunities
* Assisting with purchasing and general administration
* Supporting the day-to-day running of the branch, including picking orders and goods handling
* Maintaining a tidy, organised, and well-presented branch environment
* Making local deliveries when required
What were looking for
* A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
* A hands-on approach and willingness to get involved in all areas of the branch
* Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused xsngvjr manner
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* A full UK driving licence (essential)
* Experience in electrical wholesale or a trade environment is an advantage, but not essential
* Product knowledge is helpful, but full training will be provided
