Club Manager - Soul Padel New Opening Braehead, Glasgow £35-40K basic 25% bonus Padel is not just a club; it’s a community. As we expand our movement to make padel more accessible, social, and inclusive, we’re on the lookout for a Club Manager to launch our new club in Braehead, Glasgow that is due to open at the end of 2025. You’ll be part of a fast-growing brand redefining how people connect through sport. With support from an experienced leadership team and a vibrant community of players, this is a chance to help shape the future of padel in the UK from the ground up. As club manager you will lead with heart, operate with precision, and build a club culture people want to return to again and again. Key responsibilities include: Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all players and visitors. Manage rotas, booking systems, court availability, and customer communications. Coach and host our Intro to Padel Sessions with new players and join members on court for a game on regular occasions Champion our Soul Mates loyalty program and build local relationships that promote retention and referrals. Have full commercial accountability for the club’s profit and loss performance. Monitor and drive cost control measures and efficiency improvements across all club operations. Lead and inspire the on-site team of coaches and casual staff ensuring excellent service standards. Deliver a diverse programme of social, competitive, corporate, and community-driven sessions and events. Collaborate with the central team on brand campaigns, community, and engagement strategies. Lead on risk assessments and ensure the club operates in line with all relevant health and safety standards. Will work a combination of shifts during the week and 1 in 2 weekends. We are keen to hear from candidates who: Have a strong passion for padel and a deep understanding of how it is played. Play padel or another racquets sport to at least an intermediate level. 2 years operational managerial experience in a leisure, retail, or hospitality business. A natural people-person with strong communication and team-building skills. A hands-on approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed. In addition to a basic salary of 35-40K dependent on experience, there is an annual performance bonus of up to 25% of the basic that is paid out on a quarterly basis. Holiday entitlement is 28 days holiday per annum. There will be significant opportunities to develop your career as we open new centres throughout the UK.
