Contract: Permanent Hours: 28 hours per week (working days to be agreed with some flexibility) Location: Norwich/remote with a countywide remit Salary: Starting salary £29,670 per annum (pro rata) with incremental progression based on performance to £31,905 per annum (pro rata) Closing date: If this role is of interest to you, please don’t delay in sending us your application form. About the role We’re looking for a Data and Reporting Officer to join our growing team to contribute to informing and improving our services to young people. As a charity we have a responsibility and commitment to securely and professionally store data and information in all areas of our work and to use this data for reporting purposes. You will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely data reports to meet our contractual requirements with funders including the monthly NHS Mental Health Services Data Set (MHSDS) submissions. You will act as the day-to-day point of contact for database queries and work closely with all teams, helping to foster a strong data culture across MAP. About you The ideal candidate will have experience of working with data systems and exceptional IT skills in extracting, cleaning and validating data. You will be highly organised and accurate with great attention to detail, along with good analytical and problem-solving skills. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and will be someone who enjoys supporting others and sharing knowledge.
