The Role:
* Responsible for managing 2 key accounts.
* Handling booking requests via online platform or phone from fleet customers and managing enquiries.
* Supporting the preparation of vehicle and booking communication, liaising with all departments and the end customer.
* Assisting budget holders to ensure the booking process, availability, and requirements are met efficiently.
* Processing vehicle factory or stock orders to fulfill customer requests in line with set service levels.
* Maintaining up-to-date fleet inventory.
* Liaising with customer teams.
* Running daily and weekly reports and supporting the Account Manager with booking and fleet insights.
* Sending reminder texts to customers about booking plans.
* Supporting special vehicle needs, VIPs, exemptions, and renewals.
* Collaborating with the team to seek process improvements and efficiencies.
* Managing vehicle damage, recharge, and debtors list.
* Performing any other administrative tasks as required.
What kind of person we are looking for:
* Experienced with Excel and data presentation.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
