Your focus will be on leading administrative operations for our Shenzhen 3PL while supporting wider warehouse activity across global sites. In this role, you will combine your appreciation for accuracy and process with your capacity for coordination across teams and locations. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results.

What you will do

1. Shenzhen 3PL – Primary Responsibilities
2. Lead all day-to-day administration for our Shenzhen 3PL, including booking inbound shipments, monitoring EDI connections, resolving queries, and acting as the primary point of contact for the site.
3. Ensure accurate stock reconciliation between Shenzhen 3PL systems and internal systems, including NetSuite.
4. Coordinate with internal teams regarding Master Data updates, Quality Control topics and operational requirements related to the 3PL.
5. Assist with reconciling and closing Purchase Orders and Transfers related to Shenzhen operations.
6. Complete general 3PL-related administrative tasks as required, including customs documentation support, reporting, and investigations.
7. Australia (Brisbane Warehouse) - Operational & Administrative Support
8. Support Brisbane warehouse operations by ensuring administrative tasks (stock checks, documentation, reporting, PO/transfer closure) are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
9. Assist with staffing allocation across Marketplace, Returns, Repack, VAS, QC rework and other operational areas as needed.
10. Maintain and update AU warehouse staff records, including holidays, absences and AWOL, escalating where necessary to HR.
11. Support AU Peak Event preparation, including staffing and stock transfer coordination.

What you should bring

12. Proven reliability with strong timekeeping and dependability.
13. Working knowledge of Excel, NetSuite and Microsoft Office Suite.
14. 2+ years’ experience leading or supervising others, with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team.
15. 2+ years’ experience in a retail or warehouse environment, ideally involving stock-based activities.
16. Excellent literacy, numeracy and communication skills.
17. High attention to detail, with an organised and methodical approach to tasks.
18. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
