Manager, Global Internal Reporting & Analytics We are looking for a skilled and self-motivated finance professional to lead our internal financial reporting and analytics efforts globally. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on work with data and reporting tools. While this position will include supervisory responsibilities, it is also currently a highly technical and collaborative role that requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work across departments to support business decision-making. What youll do Internal Financial Reporting & Analysis Develop and maintain recurring and ad-hoc financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. This includes both existing reports currently produced on a standard cadence and new reports which may be necessitated over time by the business. Conduct variance analyses and provide clear, concise commentary to explain financial results. Support monthly and quarterly internal reporting cycles, including preparation of materials for leadership. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with teams across accounting, finance, operations, and IT to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency. Help identify and prioritize business questions and reporting needs to support transparency and performance tracking. Process Improvement & Data Stewardship Establish and document standardized reporting processes and procedures. Contribute to efforts to improve data quality, streamline reporting workflows, and enhance accessibility of insights. Continue to explore the use of AI as an option to benefit recurring reporting requirements and commentary. Strategic Contribution Provide input on the design and evolution of reporting tools and systems. Support leadership with data-driven insights to inform business strategy and operational improvements. What you'll need Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA is a plus. 5 years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or related roles; real estate finance/accounting experience and/or public company experience strongly preferred. Experience with Yardi real estate accounting software and various modules (Voyager, ABF, Investment Manager, etc.) strongly preferred. Strong understanding of financial statements and performance metrics. Advanced proficiency in excel and experience with or aptitude to learn business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Oracle BI). Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.
