Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities
You are an experienced event professional with a passion for delivering exceptional delegate experiences. You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and are confident managing multiple projects across global markets. With strong digital event management skills and a collaborative mindset, you build trusted relationships with stakeholders and bring creativity and precision to every event. You're culturally aware, highly organised, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage technical production, speaker coordination, and venue logistics seamlessly.
About You
As an Event Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of global K&C events to a high standard, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and customer engagement across all formats and channels. Reporting to the Event Manager, you will work within the product delivery framework and collaborate across teams to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Deliver engaging events aligned with industry trends and customer expectations
* Collaborate across teams to evaluate products and implement feedback-driven improvements
* Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Manage delegate communications, bookings, and enquiries
* Secure and manage venues, negotiate rates, and oversee logistics
* Set up and host digital events, managing platforms and registrations
* Coordinate technical production, equipment, and support
* Manage speaker logistics including travel, briefings, and presentations
* Provide onsite event support, acting as a brand ambassador
* Support sponsorship and partnership fulfilment
* Complete post-event reporting including budget reconciliation and engagement analysis
