Position Overview
East Caithness Health and Social Care Team seeks a motivated and enthusiastic individual to work within a multidisciplinary team, providing holistic care to patients in their own homes. The primary role is to support service users in maximising and maintaining their independence while delivering high standards of patient care and supporting the team to provide quality services to the local community.
Responsibilities
* Provide support and assistance to service users to maximise and maintain their independence.
* Work within a multidisciplinary team delivering holistic care to patients at home.
* Maintain high standards of patient care and support the team in delivering quality services.
* Use initiative and adapt to the demands of the scheduled shifts.
Working Hours
Shift pattern: 5 pm to 10 pm, 4 days on, 4 days off.
Qualifications & Requirements
* No experience required, though beneficial.
* Full training will be provided, with the opportunity to complete an SVQ in Health & Social Care.
* Valid driving licence required.
* Applicant must have access to their own vehicle for work purposes.
