We are looking for Support Workers with minimum of 6 months experience working with adults or adolescents with the following: Eating Disorders Learning Disabilities Mental Health CSE Drug and Alcohol Abuse Benefits: Weekly payments Referral fee bonus Up to 3 months rolling rota Duties and responsibilities: Responding to psychological or emotional crisis in adults and adolescents, utilising de-escalation techniques and intervention strategies. Providing in-person crisis support in various settings, including homes, schools, hospitals, or community centres, fostering placements and unregulated settings. Establishing rapport and trust with clients and their families to assess risk, stabilise crisis situations, and ensure immediate safety and emotional support. Collaborating with clinical leads and multidisciplinary teams to ensure intervention plans are appropriate, with timely documentation and escalation of any changes in client condition or behaviour.
