Electrical Qualifying Supervisor
WGM Engineering Ltd, part of the RSK Group, is looking for an Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to join our Compliance team on a permanent contract. The role is based in Glasgow with hybrid flexibility and includes occasional site visits across the region.
About the role
In this role, you will supervise electrical regulatory tasks, ensuring they are delivered to budget to fully satisfy customer requirements. This role will drive service delivery, be recognised by the client and ensure key performance targets and SLAs are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure client assets worked on, out turn with compliance to current electrical regulations, WIMES specification and Electrical Safety Rules (ESR).
* Continually improve project communication and performance within the team.
* Build strong client relationships.
* Develop business within the electrical regulatory structure.
Person Specification
* SVQ Level 3 Electrical.
* Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship.
* Recognised Inspection & Testing Qualification.
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
* ECS Card.
* Knowledge and understanding of electrical construction to WIMES Specification.
* Knowledge of safe systems of work.
* Excellent mentoring skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proven experience in an operational supervisory role.
* Valid UK driving licence is essential.
