The successful candidate must have good communication, organisation and interpersonal skills. The individual must be highly motivated, be able to work both independently, be ready to manage a team and have a positive attitude.

* Work location: Onsite Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk.
* Work Remotely: No
* Work Schedule:5 days a week- Mon-Fri. Sometimes Saturday is required, if you work on Saturday you can take Tuesday or Wednesday off.
Key Requirements and Experience:
* Proven working experience as an administrator in a related role such as Office Assistant, Receptionist or other relevant positions.
* In depth knowledge of administrative processes, customer service, file management, and record keeping. Familiar with office rules and regulations and have adequate experience to support day-to-day operations.
* Solid Knowledge of Admin-specific computer programs used in daily office administration functions such as word processors, spreadsheets and specialized office management tools and IT systems.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to research and an aptitude for helping other people. People orientated and result driven.
* Team’s working skills Competency in building interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Account Booking Job Responsibilities
* Accurately record and process client transactions and account activities in the company’s financial or booking systems.
* Verify and reconcile booking details to ensure completeness and accuracy.
* Maintain up-to-date records of account information and booking status.
* Coordinate with clients, sales teams, and other departments to confirm booking details and resolve discrepancies.
* Prepare and generate booking reports for management review.
* Monitor account activity to identify any irregularities or issues requiring attention.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Assist with invoicing and billing processes related to booked accounts.
* Support the finance or sales team by providing accurate and timely booking data.
* Handle client inquiries related to bookings and account status in a professional manner.
* Continuously improve booking processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
