Digital Services Manager needed in Rochford Paying £27.24 per hr ref 22401
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage the live operation of digital services
* Act as the primary escalation point for incidents, problems and service requests
* Oversee incident, problem and service management activity to ensure timely resolution
* Work with business areas to reduce failure demand
* Use resident and officer feedback to improve digital user experiences
* Ensure services comply with information governance, data protection and security requirements
* Deliver digital and service improvement projects, using appropriate project management approaches
* Manage suppliers, contracts and budgets
* Build strong relationships across the organisation and with external partners
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement across live digital services
