Job Title: Learning & Development Manager | London
We are seeking a Learning & Development Manager to join a well-known hospitality group's People Team. This role involves more than just delivering training; it's about fostering growth, shaping careers, and creating a supportive culture where everyone can excel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify training needs and design effective programs.
* Implement and maintain a company-wide learning platform.
* Coordinate induction and post-induction training for new employees.
* Support training during new restaurant openings and across the group.
* Collaborate with leaders to develop tailored development plans.
* Support and develop a small training team.
Requirements:
* Experience in Learning & Development within hospitality, preferably across multiple sites.
* Proficiency with learning systems and content creation, with a passion for digital learning.
* Leadership qualities, integrity, and a passion for employee development.
* Organized, curious, and innovative in L&D ideas.
* Training qualification or CIPD membership is a plus but not essential.
