My client is seeking a Director of Sales to lead revenue growth and drive client engagement at this iconic 5-star hotel in Central London. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee a high-performing sales team and implement strategies to maximise performance across leisure, corporate, and group segments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
Identify and convert new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
Represent the hotel at industry events, tradeshows, and hosted experiences.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results.
Work closely with the General Manager and cross-functional teams to align sales with operational goals.

Experienced Director of Sales in luxury hotels or high-end hospitality.
Commercially savvy with a proven track record of driving revenue.
