Senior Project Manager – Building Services (Mechanical Bias) Location: Redditch, Covering the Midlands Region Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 Package: Company Vehicle (Hybrid) 31 days annual leave & Excellent Company Benefit schemes. Working for a specialist building services business providing commercial heating, plumbing & mechanical works. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to take the lead on delivering a portfolio of mechanical projects across the Midlands. The Role As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a range of mechanical-led projects valued between £10k – £500k, with opportunities to oversee larger scopes of work when the opportunity arises. Typical schemes include: * Plant room replacements * Commercial heating and plumbing upgrades * Specialist mechanical installations * You will deliver these projects within education facilities, commercial environments, and hospitality settings, taking full ownership from conception through to completion. Key responsibilities include: * Leading project delivery to ensure works are completed safely, on time and within budget. * Managing forecasting, pipeline, and resource allocation across multiple projects. * Overseeing subcontractors and suppliers to ensure coordinated delivery. * Ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and health & safety standards. * Maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive management. What do you require? * Proven experience delivering mechanical building services projects with an oversight of electrical works. * Strong technical understanding of commercial heating, plumbing, and mechanical building systems. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with full commercial responsibility. * Excellent stakeholder management skills with a client-first approach. * Knowledge of CDM regulations and industry best practices.
