Role Overview
As part of the delivery of the UK MoD Poseidon P-8A Aircraft Support Provider contract, Boeing Defence UK (BDUK) is seeking a Mil AR Coordinator to conduct Military Airworthiness Reviews, ensuring all activities comply with RA4970 series and RAF Air Publications.
The BDUK P-8 Mil AR Coordinator will support the P-8 CAMO Support Service (CAMSS) Lead and report to the BDUK Fixed Wing Product Support Manager and RAF Poseidon Mil CAM (via Mil AR Manager and DCAM). The role may involve supporting the E7 platform as required.

Responsibilities
* Participate in the BDUK CAMO Support Service (CAMSS) team based at RAF Lossiemouth (Scotland) and the wider Engineering Product Support Team.
* Coordinate Mil AR activities, liaising with CAMO Planning and Part 145 Organisations to schedule and execute all Mil ARs.
* Support the completion of Airworthiness Review processes in accordance with MRP for all Poseidon P-8 systems.
* Conduct Mil ARs in compliance with RA4970 series, RAF Publications, and Poseidon CAME.
* Produce reports for Mil ARs and trend findings, raising Quality Occurrence Reports as needed.
* Provide SME advice on airworthiness issues during the Mil AR process.
* Support development and continuous improvement of Poseidon CAME and related processes.
* Develop and monitor metrics and dashboards for performance management.
* Ensure compliance with BDUK QMS, RAF QMS, and SMS, supporting internal and external quality assurance activities.
* Attend relevant meetings and support pre-delivery inspections on E-7 aircraft.
Essential Competencies
* B737NG approved Type Rating or Poseidon MRA1 Mechanical/Avionic “Q” course.
* Experience and qualification per RA4972 requirements.
* Minimum 10 years in Continuing Airworthiness.
* At least 5 years in B737NG Air System Maintenance at supervisory level.
* Authorization to defer Corrective Maintenance (MOD Form 700C or equivalent).
* Valid CAA Part 66 Category B or C license or equivalent.
Desirable Competencies
* P-8 Gen Fam Course, Continuing Airworthiness Management Skills, Defence CAMO Regulations, LIS (GOLDesp), HF, Poseidon EWIS, Structural Integrity, Propulsion, Weight & Balance, E-7 Gen Fam, and Mechanical/Avionic Q Courses.
