Well well well, you might just be the Social Video Architect we’ve been searching for.
The Role
As our full-time Social Video Architect, you’ll lead video content creation, editing ads that stand out and leap off the screen. You’ll craft paid social adverts for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube, driving growth for our diverse mission-driven clients and creating high-impact ads that stop thumbs mid-scroll and deliver meaningful results.
In addition to producing content, you’ll pioneer it: collaborating with our team, leveraging past performance insights to spearhead innovative ideas that resonate at a new level.
What Sets You Apart
* Mastery of Premiere Pro and After Effects – non-negotiable
* Proven track record of creating social content that is seen and felt
* Deep understanding of cultural nuance on each platform to create appropriate content
* Strong instincts around video engagement; know how to grab and hold attention
* Creative intuition that turns raw material into compelling video
* Willingness to leverage AI tools
* Bonus: Photoshop and/or Figma skills
* Bonus: Blender and 3D skills
The Process
* Application review – we assess your work examples
* Stage 1 interview – initial conversation with Head of Post and senior editor
* Creative task – a short assignment to complete in your own time
* Final interview – additional interview to address remaining questions
* Decision – you’ll be notified of the outcome
The Details
* Salary: £29,000–£35,000, depending on experience, with a clear development path from day 1
* Full-time Monday‑Friday 9‑5:30 (35‑37.5 hours/week)
* Hybrid role – 2–4 days in our Whitechapel office per month; we meet Wednesday, plus the last Friday of the month for a team social
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays
