Key responsibilities include:
* Providing general classroom support to enhance student learning experiences
* Collaborating closely with the Class Teacher to deliver engaging lessons
* Assisting in creating an inclusive and nurturing environment for all pupils
* Supporting individual and group activities to meet diverse learning needs
* Encouraging positive behaviour and participation among students
* Helping manage classroom resources and maintain a tidy, organized space
Ideally, you will have:
* Previous experience working with children, preferably in a primary school setting
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A positive, proactive approach to supporting children’s development
* Flexibility to work full-time, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm
* A genuine passion for education and student support
