Quantity Surveyor – Social Housing Refurbishment Location:Near Brixton, South London Salary:Up to £53,500 benefits (DOE) Sector:Social Housing / Reactive Maintenance A leading contractor specialising in the refurbishment and maintenance of social housing properties is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team in South London. This is a key role supporting the delivery of reactive maintenance works on behalf of a local authority, helping to ensure homes are kept safe, compliant, and well-maintained. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor who is looking to work on meaningful projects within a stable and supportive environment.
