An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a well regarded and forward thinking law firm in Reading. This is a permanent position within a supportive, client-focused team where you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality residential property services.What You’ll Do:
* Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions, and transfers of equity
* Oversee the entire transaction lifecycle, including contract exchange, completion, and SDLT submissions
* Provide tailored legal advice with a meticulous eye for detail
* Collaborate closely with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
* Contribute to business development and actively support the firm’s growth strategy
* Work efficiently using an electronic case management system, with flexibility for remote working
What We’re Looking For:
* A qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer with experience in residential conveyancing
* Strong communication and client service skills, with a proactive and professional approach
