Job Title: Level 3 Primary Teaching Assistant Location: Burnley Contract Type: Full-time Salary: £14.25 - £14.50 per hour Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality support to pupils across all key stages in line with the national curriculum. Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons, adapting resources to meet individual needs. Support pupils with additional needs, ensuring they can access learning effectively. Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a safe, nurturing learning environment. Deliver small group interventions and one-to-one support where required. Contribute to the assessment and tracking of pupil progress. Requirements Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). Previous experience working in a primary school setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. A passion for supporting children’s learning and wellbeing.
