Category Executive
Cambridge – Hybrid
£32-35k + package
Our client:
* A privately owned, fast-growing FMCG business supplying major UK and international retailers.
* The company has a strong focus on sustainability, innovation, and long-term partnerships and they are recognised for delivering high-quality products at scale.
* Now looking to expand their Category team and hire a Category Executive to support with wider Category team with major UK retail relationships.
The role:
* You will support the wider team with category strategy and development plans with your customers.
* As Category Executive you will define and implement Category Growth drivers with both Internal and External Stakeholders
* Will use various data tools such as Kantar, Nielsen, Dunnhumby & Nectar
* Cross functional collaboration will be key to success in this role – working with NPD, Sales and Marketing to support future growth initiatives based on Category Insights
* Building category relationships with key retail partners
* Developing and leading the strategic category vision
* Influencing Range Reviews & Category Performance Reviews
Ideal Category Executive candidate:
* Previous FMCG experience in category / insights
* Strong stakeholder management experience
* May already be a Category Executive looking for a new challenge
