Job Description: Premier Recruit are currently seeking experienced machine operators to join a newly opened, state-of-the-art metal fabrication facility. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing team working within a modern and well-equipped environment, producing high-quality metal components using machinery for bending, cutting, and forming operations. Key Responsibilities: Operate Machinery for bending, cutting, and metal forming processes Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications Set up machines and carry out quality checks on finished products Work closely with the production team to meet output targets and maintain quality standards Follow all health & safety procedures and ensure work areas are kept clean and organised Assist in machine maintenance and report any faults or issues promptly Requirements: Previous experience as a machine Operator in a metalworking or fabrication environment Skilled in operating bending, cutting, or forming machinery Ability to read and work from technical drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Positive, proactive attitude with good communication and teamwork skills Whats on Offer: £32,000 £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) Day shifts, Monday to Friday no weekends Permanent, full-time position at a brand-new modern facility Excellent long-term opportunity with training and career progression available If youre an experienced CNC Operator looking to join a growing company and take pride in high-quality precision work, wed love to hear from you.
