What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting delivery of major highways schemes across the Midlands
* Applying cost intelligence principles to improve project performance
* Working across both pre‑contract and post‑contract phases
* Producing cost estimates, forecasts, and reports that drive decision‑making
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across clients, consultants and contractors
Qualifications
* A degree in Quantity Surveying or qualified by experience
* Consultant level experience (not fresh graduate) in Quantity Surveying with a focus on highways
* Experience in both pre‑contract and post‑contract estimating
* Exposure to consultancy environments (or a mix of consultancy and contractor experience)
* Understanding of cost intelligence/data‑driven cost management
* Proactive mindset and willingness to learn, question, and grow
