We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Contracts / Operations Manager to join our team in a permanent, full-time role, based at our Head Office in Sawston, Cambridge CB22, with regular travel to project sites.
This is a pivotal role within the business, overseeing the entire operations department and managing contracts from start to finish.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the delivery of multiple roofing contracts across various sites.

Coordinate site activities, labour, materials, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
*
Oversee health and safety compliance across all sites.
*
Maintain and develop strong client relationships throughout project lifecycles.
*
Ensure efficient programme delivery and team performance.
*
Report directly to senior leadership with progress updates and KPIs.
✅ Requirements:

Significant management experience within the construction operations sector.
*
Proven track record of successfully leading teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
*
Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
*
Excellent understanding of site coordination, health & safety legislation, and operational best practices.
*
Ability to work across multiple sites and manage competing priorities.
