Position Role: To conduct research and apply analytical and design skills to support Firm Base delivery change initiatives across the British Army. Responsibilities: Conduct research and analysis, identifying potential solutions to inform change initiatives. Support the development and implementation of major change initiatives. Co-ordinate multiple stakeholders to create and manage effective planning teams. Pr ovide guidance and advice on continuous improvement approaches (e.g. the PERIL cycle). S upport, produce and staff written briefs and presentations for audiences up to 2*. Support reviews of HQ RC internal broader Firm Base processes to deliver improvements and efficiencies. Establish and maintain an effective working network to assure the delivery of change initiatives. Maintain an up to date understanding of the wider context and influence across Defence, in order to guide and ensure change initiatives are coherent and integrated.
