Main Duties
* Create engaging, multi-channel advertising campaigns, with a key focus on digital assets.
* Operate as a ‘second in command’ to the Design Team manager.
* Coordinate artwork requests for UK and international product labelling and support materials.
* Produce high-quality artwork and liaise with technical, NPD, and international marketing teams.
* Create a range of offline and online design collateral.
* Amend or create print-ready artwork using Adobe software on Mac.
* Ensure packaging/labels comply with statutory requirements.
* Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing.
* Uphold brand guidelines across all marketing areas.
* Liaise with external agencies and suppliers.
Occasional Duties
* Work additional hours as needed.
* Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
* Travel to other sites as required.
* Perform other duties as requested by the Head of Marketing.
Personal Attributes
* 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
* Adept in digital design.
* Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
* Strong creative and copywriting skills.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Common sense and proactive attitude.
* Ability to multi-task and work flexibly.
* Enthusiastic and a team player.
Pay and Conditions:
* Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (including a 1 hour lunch break)
* Up to £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)
